A core feature of ThreadLoop is the recording and transcription of conversations.
- Processing: Audio recordings are transmitted to our secure servers and third-party AI providers solely for
the purpose of transcription and summarization.
- Consent: You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from all parties involved in a conversation
before recording, in compliance with applicable laws (including "two-party consent" laws where applicable).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including processing audio files to generate
transcripts and summaries.
- Communication: To send you service-related emails, such as the follow-up drafts generated by the app, security
alerts, and account updates.

our Service.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
